STAIR Call for Book Reviews
STAIR is seeking book reviews of recent publications on the topics of international affairs and related fields.
The focus of our February 2019 issue are Individuals in Conflict: Agency, Rights, and the Changing Character of War, so reviews of books related to this theme are particularly welcome.
